    OS takes ages to load anything up, freezes when messing around with video player.

I have had this phone for one year and it runs like a computer built in the 80's. Scrolling is not smooth, if i try to open something simple like photos, i basically put it back in it's pouch and wait.
I have been unable to update the firmware via my computer, the process gets to 27% and stops, even after leaving it overnight.
While i think my phone is adequate, for the same price or even cheaper there is much better around.
