lve lost all my info on to computer an Navman has none

l have found mine to be very good .But l have problem l had camara card in mine ,when l took out an put in computer to copy photos and delete from ncard l also deleted my maps an all other Naveman programs asit was on my 2 gig card now when l switch Navman on it puts picture ofb car than reeds at bottom do l accept aggreament an thats it how do ln reset or get info off my computer back in to Navman cheers
