The G4 unit I bought never picked up a satellite signal and could never locate me. I found the software very difficult to use - not user friendly. Sent it back within a few days and recieved a refund very quickly. I'd definately consider buying a TV from Kogan. I like the idea (re-badged and re-priced goods). This GPS was a dissappointment. A week earlier I returned a Garmin 1490T to 'the good guys'. It was easy to navigate, but couldn't start it the next day. I ended up downloading CoPilot for my android and it is awesome - easy to use + you don't need a second 'thing' to carry around. So I'll be downloading the US maps on my trip next week. If you need something reliable, get CoPilot.
