Hi Bridget, if you've not gotten an answer, you have to finalize it on the device itself via it's Menu, then you can read it on the computer. Hope that helps! Would have indicated the navigation but don't have it near me here as it's at work. All the best.

I want to know what I get the software to be able to convert these dics to my computer as I can only read them when they are in the camera still. Am I doing something wrong??

i only borrowed such from a friend but it did it well it every body is still looking for me but i can't afford the price, still its the best for me.
