    found 2 problems,,,,when it goes into sleep mode , on the odd occasion it will not come back to life and I have no choice but to re-boot . The other problem is the in-accurate keyboard. I type and sometimes letters dont work and i have to go back and check my spelling

Overall I love this computer. But beware , if you want to upgrade the CPU you can't apparently. But for me this is plenty fast :-)

I have only had my TouchSmart since June and am extremely disappointed that it has crashed. I can't get anything on the screen at all and have previously had problems rebooting it after having it in sleep mode. Thankfully it is still under warranty and HP have been helpful but the point is that I'm now without my computer whilst waiting for parts to be ordered. I had my previous HP computer for almost 8 years and had no problems at all.

Bought this ~8/11. Set it up and the TV tuner didn't work. Spent hours and hours and even days on the phone with hp. They didn't and couldn't help. The unit came with no real user guide...none of the ports were labeled. There were lots of other issues trust me...stay away...they did offer a refund but after the time invested it seemed like they owed me more...won't ever buy from hp again.

Bought the top of the range on sale for $1899, great value (never pay inflated full price).

Excellent unit and perfect for any user type.

I am an IT professional and wished for a 2nd monitor option but there is no such port. otherwise, an excellent and capable unit. highly recommended

This was a replacement and it was the best thing HP did. Its one awsum computer. Love the big screen. Also have the option of touch if you like to. There is no hard drive its all the back of the screen. Wireless mouse, keyboard. So there is less cords around the back. It is also wireless connection. I love this computer. You will not be dissapionted

I now have a HP 610 . It was a brand new replacement for another computer we bought of HP. I have found the computer to be very quick. Love the big screen. And also the touch is a great option. So easy to use just love it

    The tilt capability and Dre Beats Audio system, touchsreen features and wireless keyboard and mouse.
  • Cons
    In the back of the computer there is a tray you have to flip out to connect your usb, and accesories to.

I love it and wish everyone has the same pleasure and fun as I do.
