I find the unfair manner in which prepaid broadband is geared offensive. Telstra owes me $53.oo dollars because of the manner in which my credit accrued, but i was unable to use the credit because there is no service in many of the places I went. I cannot use broard band at home, there is no service. Nor can I get a landline broard band. As I had to update every 30 days, now 21 days, when i couldn't use the previous months credit is outright theft.
Not Happy!

Working for telstra i can say that this review is incorrect.
There is a $80 recharge which is 60 days expiry, $100 recharge which lasts for 90 days, $150 recharge for 365 days.
The telstra website does show these recharges also.
