Project Reporting Developer

The Project Reporting Developer is responsible for the provisioning, configuration, integration, deployment, support and administration of the appropriate project delivery tools.

Key responsibilities include;

    • Work with the iPMO Reporting Team and ICT Tools Team to identify requirements and deliver the required functionality or customised reports to support operational and project delivery efficiency.

    • Rollout functionality to project teams and provide advice, implementation assistance, training and support.

    • Provision, configure, integrate and support a range of existing and new tools and systems.

    • Support and administer tools and systems including application and platform.

    • Develop user interfaces that follow industry usability best practices minimising training requirements for users.

    • Ensure project teams are using tools effectively.

    Required knowledge includes;

    • Experience in the administration, support and enhancement of project, information and process orchestration management tools (e.g. Atlassian JIRA and Confluence).

    • Advanced skills in application interfacing and integration.

    • Experience with major system implementation and deployment.

    • Experience in large and complex system development projects.

    • Working within a controlled change environment.

    • Good understanding of common ICT infrastructure and technologies (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, VMware, Cisco)
