Product Manager - Fintech

We are a Fintech, whose growth and performance in nearly unmatched. We transformed an industry by using software to radically simplify processes previously considered too complicated to tackle. We are looking for a product owner who will help us do it again with our next product.
The key aspects of your role will be:

  • Define the 'customer persona' and be a fierce customer advocate
  • Be the lead 'product story-teller'
  • Turn ambiguity into clarity
  • 'Move the team forward' - Coach & guide a development team (no formal people management)
  • Manage all product communications with senior management, clients and all technical and business groups.
The requirements for this role are simple:
  • Your track record of successfully guiding the creation of transformative cloud based products will speak for itself
  • You are an expert in guiding the navigation of all phases of product development, from MVP definition through to successful market adoption.
  • You are Agile/Scrum leader and expert in positive team alchemy. Your IQ will be matched by your EQ
  • Bring an insatiable appetite to teach and learn
NOTE: This is a pure product ownership role. Whilst you will own all aspects of product definition and delivery, you will not have line management responsibilities, but will rather be a lead 'vision provider', coach and influencer.
You will be surrounded and supported by leading innovators at all levels, who come from the best companies in the market (think Microsoft, Atlassian and AWS). You will also lead a group who are energised to build 'built for the user' products which make 'complex and hard' finance functions 'simple and intuitive' for the first time.

For me, the Xbox Play Anywhere is a great new feature as it allows you to play your current Xbox games with higher resolutions and better graphics without forking out extra cash for another copy. Although available titles are still scarce, but I’m sure it will grow in time.
