High level, complex analysis on workforce planning data and information


Hudson is currently seeking experience Business Intelligence Analyst's for a 3 month contract. This position will be responsible for providing high level data analysis and expertise in workplace planning (workforce supply and demand forecasting, workforce reporting, workforce strategies etc.).


  • Business and data analysis
    • Advanced data queries
    • Detailed analysis across composite data sets
  • Research and analysis of the workforce information and datasets to develop forecasting models, options analysis and scenario planning
  • Develop technique and mechanisms to measure and evaluate performance of interventions implemented to address identified workforce issues
  • Provide information on current reporting capabilities and capacities to identify areas where there is realistic opportunity to value add

  • Demonstrated experience in the extraction, manipulation, presentation and dissemination of complex datasets
  • Strong data visualization skills utilizing BI tools
  • Previous experience in developing and using MS Excel Reports
  • Data extraction from MS Access and SAP
  • High level analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written)
