$95K + Super to $105K + Super

This Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to optimise business workflow and processes. They will provide analytics and insights that inform and ultimately influence the business units in the decision making process to drive profitable growth. Responsibilities include:


    • Ensure that development projects meet the stated business requirements and goals, fulfil end-user requirements

    • Perform solution development and testing tasks as necessary

    • Provide second and third level end user support for all CRM solutions

    • Coordinate end-user application training and support if and as required

    • Drive relationships between business units and CRM Team



    To be successful in this role you will need:


    • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience

    • 3+ years experience working on Salesforce integrations

    • Strong analytical and communications skills

    • Demonstrated experience in delivering superior, effective and innovative I.T. solutions to meet business and customer needs

    • Possess strong business/commercial acumen to contribute credibly as a member of Senior Management
