Currently looking for a Training Content and Delivery Specialist for a wide program of work, Exceptional content design and creativity experience

Sydney

We are currently looking to engage a Training Content and Delivery Specialist who can support the Implementation Team and working closely with SME's to create stakeholder knowledge and abilities across all areas of the program.

With a 'Go-Live' date in 6 months' time, you will be working as part of a well-established and high performing team and be responsible for using existing learning frameworks and design areas to create exciting, engaging and inspirational content for the organisations stakeholders.

The environment would best suit an experienced professional with both commercial and government expertise.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Innovative, outside-the-box content design for training delivery
  • Develop and deliver the content and in an attractive, vibrant, memorable way i.e. exercises, challenges
  • Hands on delivery of training to support major change initiatives
  • 50+ roles identified to receive training

Experience Requirements:
  • Significant content development experience in a complex business environment
  • Exceptional content design and creativity within training experience
  • Hands on delivery of training to support change initiatives
  • Maybe required to travel to other offices within the Sydney Metro area
