In this role, you will be pivotal in providing high end consulting services so their customers gain the maximum benefit from investments in enterprise software products. Engagements with clients range from full life cycle project delivery, through to in-depth product consulting to mentoring and knowledge transfer. As a Senior AEM Consultant, you will be expected to have proven experience of delivering complex solutions to customers and be able to work both as an individual and within a larger team.

What you'll do:

  • Provide technology consulting around enterprise technology including AEM Forms
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to team members and customers
  • Constructively participate within the technical community to develop and refine best practices and processes
  • Provide input to project scope and estimating processes
  • Design, development and testing of software in a multi-platform environment in an Agile environment
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of related technology to be able to provide value added consulting to customers.


What you'll need to succeed:
  • 5+ years of enterprise application experience within a J2EE environment including Java Server Pages and related technologies such as Taglibs, EJBs, JavaBeans
  • 3+ years of experience in the Web and/or ECMS technologies
  • Understanding, installation and administration of Web and Application Servers such as Apache, Tomcat or JBoss
  • Proficiency in HTML, DHTML, CSS, XML, XSLT, SOAP as an example
  • Proficiency in at least one of the current SQL dialects, including database design
  • Optimizing web solution and ensuring performance requirements are met
  • Agile development methodology experience
  • Strong background in OO Architecture, Design and Development
  • A current Australia Federal Government security clearance is required (Negative Vet 1 or higher)
