The MOTO Q 9h's excellent QWERTY keyboard makes it ideal for heavy emailing. On the whole, this is a competent smart phone that's packaged in a nice design.

The P1i is packed to the brim with features, and its only real downside is the unconventional keyboard, as well as an interface that will take some time to grasp. If you can get your head around each of them you're left with an excellent device on the whole.

The W660i has a solid, polished feel and comes with a slick user interface, but the cramped keypad is a downside

If you can handle having a poor battery life and a slightly slow menu, the Samsung A801 offers a great Next G compatible phone with a stylish, slim design.

The U700 is a distinctive HSDPA capable phone. Beneath its flashy exterior is a more than capable handset that packs quite a punch in terms of features. If you can look past the sometimes frustrating controls, what remains is an excellent phone.

The Treo 500v aims to appeal to a broad audience thanks to its user-friendly menu system, a sleek design and a range of multimedia features. It's not perfect, but is definitely a welcomed entry into the market.

The 6500 Classic is a well equipped 3G phone bursting with style. The lack of a memory card slot is a real let down, but it remains an excellent handset on the whole.

There have been some good improvements to the Mio A702 over its predecessor, the A701, and while the navigation wasn't overly effective, it is a hybrid device and can't be expected to do everything perfectly.

As a PDA, the i-mate Ultimate 8150 is a reasonable choice. As business tool it's quite a feature-packed device with some additional functionality provided by i-mate's I-Q feature.

The Nokia 5610 is a well designed music-orientated phone. While it fails to excel in any one area, it offers a solid performance across the board. As such, it will satisfy as both an MP3 player and mobile phone.

Aside from the 5-megapixel camera, the G600 doesn't offer anything outstanding. Regardless, if you can live without 3G then there isn't too much else wrong with this handset.

The asking price is a little steep, but if you can't travel without your music then the MD-6 is definitely recommended.
