For such a small set of speakers the Creative TravelSoundi has quite a voice. We like the video-out and subwoofer additions, plus the ability to connect any iPod or other audio device. More so, the sound-widening is very impressive.

Belkin's latest TuneBase FM is a big hit. ClearScan technology is a great inclusion and sound quality, although not outstanding, is notable for a FM transmitter.

If you aren't listening to dance music or something requiring a ton of punchy bass, and think you can manage to hang on to the i30's remote, this is one of the best iPod docks on the market. Do keep in mind though that it isn't cheap.

It may not offer outstanding audio quality, but TDK's iSLIM is certainly a convenient device if you'd like to wake up to your iPod in the mornings.

If you're sick of waking up to your default alarm or the radio and want something new to spice up your mornings then the TDK iCUBIC may be just what you need. Just don't expect brilliant audio quality.

The Altec Lansing iM510 is a very basic speaker system designed with an integrated dock for the Sandisk Sansa range of players. It has reasonable sound quality but not good enough to be considered great.

The TEN naviPlay BT is ideal for those who want to wirelessly stream music from their iPod at home, but it isn't without issues

The Belkin iPod & MP3 backpack does exactly what the name implies, with fair-to-middling effect. It might not be the ideal way to carry your iPod, but it definitely beats those fashion-tragic arm straps that joggers like to wear.
