The Photosmart C5280's mediocre speed and sparse connectivity options restrict it to a small or home office. Those users, however, will enjoy a highly capable, easy-to-use device with excellent photo output.

Although it might not be the best choice if you’re looking to print lab-quality photos, this workhorse will definitely increase office productivity.

For those who travel a lot and need to print at short notice, the H470b provides the perfect solution. It’s small and portable but still provides excellent quality text. With the additional options of Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, the printer is extremely versatile.

Although budget printers are never completely satisfactory to use, the Deskjet D2560 makes a decent attempt. It feels delicate, but its speed, quality and running costs make it tempting.

Even if you're looking for a cheap-as-chips multifunction, the F2280 isn't necessarily a compelling choice. It's slow and noisy, and text quality isn't that great. However, if you need a cheap solution for printing the odd photo then this unit does the trick.
