The DViCO TViX PVR M-4130SH is a hard drive based media player with basic HDTV PVR support. It can play back every major file format and many obscure videophile and audiophile formats as well.

The DViCO TViX PVR M-5130SH is the consumer version of the M-4130SH PVR media player. It has the same functionality but is aimed at the consumer market with a cylindrical design and an integrated 320GB hard drive.

The Epson EMP-DM1 is a projector and DVD player combination device. It can project at a native resolution of 854x480 which is a good resolution for standard definition usage. Its image quality isn't brilliant but for the low price and considering the integrated DVD player, it's a cheap projection solution for those on a budget.

The Sharp AQUOS LC37PD5X is a 37in LCD television with a native resolution of 1366x768 and an integrated HDTV tuner. It sits at the low end of the Sharp line up which means that while it is still quite a good television, it's not perfect.

The Hauppage Xfones PC2400 are 2.4GHz wireless headphones designed to be used with a PC. With a range of up to 10 metres, they are ideal for those that don't want to be chained to a desk via a headphone cable but don't need to venture too far. Contrary to their aesthetic and build quality, they produce surprisingly good audio and are very comfortable to wear.

When it comes to high quality audio, Bose certainly know what they are doing. The Bose Computer MusicMonitors are a compact speaker system designed to give high fidelity sound without the need for a separate sub-woofer. For the most part, they deliver quite convincingly with bass that is quite impressive for a two-speaker setup.

The Microsoft LifeCam LX-6000 is a mid-range webcam with a 1.3Mp sensor and an integrated microphone. It has image quality issues in some lighting environments resulting in poor colour reproduction, pixelation and image noise.

The Panasonic DVD-LS80 is a portable DVD player with an 8.5in LCD screen. It offers basic functionality, as well as the ability to play back DivX files, but the image quality is fairly poor and only suitable for casual viewing by those that don't know any better.

The Toshiba REGZA 42C3000 is a 42in LCD television with a native resolution of 1366x768. While it handles high definition with precision, it falters in standard definition by delivering a below par image quality. DVD collectors will have particular issue with this while the HD gamers and film buffs will enjoy the stunning imagery this panel has to offer.

The Pioneer KURO PDP-508XDA is the best plasma television we have ever reviewed. In every test we performed on the panel, it delivered flawless results. It has a native resolution of 1366x768 but can also display 1080p content via scaling. In standard definition the image quality continued to impress and it was even perfect in PC mode.

The Logitech QuickCam Pro for Notebooks is a mid- to high-end webcam with a 2Mp sensor and an integrated microphone.
