- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.

- To enter, entrants must become members of the GoodGearGuide web site (www.goodgearguide.com.au) (entry is free), complete the GoodGearGuide Christmas competition in its entirety and submit their results.
- The competition commences at midday on 21 Nov 2006, and closes at 5pm on 19th Dec 2006.
- Winners will be drawn at the conclusion of the Christmas competition, at which time the editor will choose 34 winners based on originality and creativity. Chance plays no part in determining the winners.

- Entry to the competition is limited to one per Australian resident.
- The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, or lost or misdirected mail.
- The winners will be notified by telephone or e-mail, using the details provided in their entry form on the 8 Jan 2007 and published on the GoodGearGuide web site on the 15 Jan 2007.
- Prizes will be sent within 28 days from the draw date unless otherwise stated. If any prizes remain unclaimed as at 22 Jan 2006, the Promoter may select another winner based on originality and creativity.
- The winner will win one Telstra Kids in Touch TicTalk. phone (RRP $259) (.Prize.). The winner will receive a letter with instructions on how to collect the Prize from a Telstra Shop. The winner must produce the letter and provide suitable forms of personal ID when collecting the Prize. To use the Prize, the winner must connect to a Telstra Kids in Touch Mobile Plan at their own cost.
- Entries remain the property of the promoter and cannot be returned. The entries may be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes unless otherwise stated by the entrant.
- The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any other prizes.
