First impression on unpacking the Q702 test unit was the solid feel and clean, minimalist styling.
HTC One to launch with Nexus Experience, Google Edition

A new version of the HTC One smartphone will launch with a 'Nexus Experience', a stock Android 4.2 Jelly Bean Google Edition.
After claiming no such thing was in the works, HTC has confirmed the HTC One will launch with vanilla Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean instead of using the firm's Sense users interface overlay. It's the second smartphone to get the 'Nexus Experience' after the Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Edition.
HTC said: "we're excited to offer HTC fans and admirers alike a new experience on what we think is the best hardware available today."
The HTC One Nexus Experience will launch on 26 June and will be available from the Google Play Store. It will only be on sale in the US 'initially' so there seems to be scope for it to launch elsewhere at a later date.
The price for the Google Edition of the HTC One is $599, a little cheaper than the Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Edition which will set you back $649. The price seems even better when you consider the HTC One comes with 32GB of storage compared to 16GB, although it doesn't have a microSD card slot.
Apart from the operating system change, the HTC One with Nexus Experience will remain the same as the regular model. It has a 4.7in screen with a Full HD resolution, Ultrapixel camera and support for 4G LTE networks.
Like the Samsung Galaxy S4 Google Edition, the HTC One will come with an unlocked bootloader and will receive updates from Google.
