Rayman Jungle Run comes to Windows 8

Ubisoft’s Rayman Jungle Run can now be played on all platforms that support Windows 8 and Windows RT.
The game is a port of Rayman Jungle Run that came out earlier on iOS and Android smartphone, which has racked up more than 1,500,000 downloads so far.
Ubisoft producer, Jean-Bernard Jacon, said the Windows version will feature all the content from the original game, including the recently released Potpourri level update.
“Windows 8 touch based interface is a perfect match for Rayman Jungle Run,” he said.
Rayman Jungle Run can be downloaded from the Windows Store, and Ubisoft has made the Globox character available as an extra download.
“It is easy for all ages to pick up and play, but challenging for the long-time Rayman fans to master,” Jacon said.
The game is powered by the same UbiArt framework engine that was used for Rayman Origins.
