The company had previously confirmed the 4G-capable smartphone will be sold through all three major Australian carriers — Telstra, Optus and Vodafone — but has now revealed some more information.

Sony has confirmed that Telstra will sell black and white variants of the Xperia Z in "selected" bricks and mortar retail stores. Australia's latest telco will also exclusively sell the purple model through its online store but has not yet announced specific availability or pricing details.

Only Telstra will stock white and purple models of the Xperia Z.

Optus will range the black model of the Xperia Z in "selected" retail stores and online. It will be available in "mid-March" but no pricing details have been announced.

Finally, Vodafone will range the Xperia Z in black both online and in-stores from Wednesday 13 March. The phone will sell for $0 upfront on Vodafone's $60 plan over 24 months. This plan includes $700 worth of calls, 1GB of data and unlimited SMS messages per month

Popular Optus MVNO Virgin Mobile is unlikely to sell the Sony Xperia Z at launch, saying "at this stage we don't have plans to range this phone."

HP OfficeJet Pro 8730

I've had a multifunction printer in the office going on 10 years now. It was a neat bit of kit back in the day -- print, copy, scan, fax -- when printing over WiFi felt a bit like magic. It’s seen better days though and an upgrade’s well overdue. This HP OfficeJet Pro 8730 looks like it ticks all the same boxes: print, copy, scan, and fax. (Really? Does anyone fax anything any more? I guess it's good to know the facility’s there, just in case.) Printing over WiFi is more-or- less standard these days.

Ultimately, I think the Windows 10 environment is excellent for me as it caters for so many different uses. The inclusion of the Xbox app is also great for when you need some downtime too!

For me, the Xbox Play Anywhere is a great new feature as it allows you to play your current Xbox games with higher resolutions and better graphics without forking out extra cash for another copy. Although available titles are still scarce, but I’m sure it will grow in time.
