World landmarks coming to SimCity Digital Deluxe Edition

Special edition of city simulation game comes with famous landmarks

Three of the world’s most recognizable landmarks will be available in the SimCity Digital Deluxe Edition that comes out on March 7.

Sold exclusively through EA’s Origin online service, SimCity Digital Deluxe Edition will feature three city sets based on France, Germany and Britain.

That will mean that users will be able to place the Eiffel Tower, Brandenburg Gate or the Big Ben Clock Tower in the city.

In addition to the visual appeal, the three landmarks have the ability to influence and change the city, with surrounding buildings adapting and changing to fit their style.

The Paris City Set comes with the Eiffel Tower, Parisian-themed buildings and a Paris police station with French themed police cars, while the German City Set has the Brandenburg Gate, German-themed buildings and a rail station with unique German trains.

The British City Set has the Big Ben clock tower, as well as London-themed buildings and bus station with double-decker buses.

For work use, Microsoft Word and Excel programs pre-installed on the device are adequate for preparing short documents.

LIFEBOOK UH574

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

STYLISTIC Q702

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

STYLISTIC Q702

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
