Leaked iPhone 5 parts fit together 'perfectly'

Repair company claims that various components allegedly leaked from Apple are a precise match

Various iPhone 5 components allegedly leaked from Apple's supply chain have been found to fit together "perfectly," adding credibility to the rumours that the sixth-generation device will be taller, with a smaller dock connector and a repositioned headphone jack.

Repair company iResQ claims that parts that surfaced last week have been fitted into previously a leaked iPhone back casing. "The docking port and headphone jack assembly seemed to fit perfectly inside of the frame," the site reports. "One of our technicians was even able to screw the assembly into the pre-aligned screw holes inside of the frame.

iResQ believes that there will be one speaker in the iPhone 5, as with current models, along with a larger speaker grille along the bottom made up of several small holes.

At the end of July, images surfaced showing what is claimed to be a fully assembled iPhone 5, put together using leaked parts including the two-tone metal back plate used by iResQ this week.

The iPhone 5 could be unveiled on 12 September, when Apple is expected to hold a special event, which could see the biggest consumer electronics launch in history, according to some analysts.

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

STYLISTIC Q702

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

STYLISTIC Q702

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
