Just like with the iPod and the iPhone, a whole ecosystem of accessories has grown up around Apple's wundertablet, the iPad: From iPad docks to USB keyboards and protective cases (including some that add nifty extra features to the tablet). Naturally you can also pick up a range of iPad stands, to make using your iPad more comfortable. But there are few iPad "accessories" we've seen that are as impressive the ION Audio Concert Piano.
The iPad already has a wealth of apps designed for musicians, including synthesisers, sequencers, turntables and mixing consoles. This 88-key digital piano with a built-in cradle designed to fit the iPad just takes things to the next level.
ION Audio includes access to an iPad app designed to teach budding piano players the fundamentals.
The ION Concert Piano is listed as "coming soon", and sadly there's no indication of what it will cost.
