Nintendo releases list of additional 3DS games

Kid Icarus Uprising tops the list

After the system's reveal at the Nintendo press conference, Nintendo has unveiled a larger list of titles in development for the 3DS, including additional franchises like Animal Crossing, Mario Kart, Star Fox, and Paper Mario.

At the company's press conference, Nintendo chose to highlight a select few 3DS games, giving the most time to Kid Icarus Uprising. The company also listed off third-party companies producing 3DS titles and major titles coming from them. Shortly after the show, Nintendo revealed just how much support the upcoming system will be getting, revealing dozens of games in a press release. Here's a list of first and third-party 3DS games in the works:

Other companies confirmed to be working on 3DS games include Atlus, AQ Interactive, Disney Interactive Studios, Harmonix, Hudson Soft, Majesco, Marvelous Entertainment, Rocket, SEGA, Takara Tommy and Take-Two Interactive.

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
