Dragon Age movie coming in 2011

BioWare's fantasy RPG to get the big-eyed anime treatment

The popular medieval role-playing game created in North America will have its story told in the popular Japanese form of Japanese animation, as BioWare, EA, and Funimation Entertainment have announced that a Dragon Age anime will be released next year.

While EA has expanded the universes of its IPs with animated movies before (Dead Space: Downfall served as a precursor to the original game) Dragon Age will be the first EA property to be re-imagined in anime form. Dragon Age will be the first movie to be created as part of FUNimation's initiative to co-produce movies with major media companies. The movie began production last month and should be coming out on DVD (and we'll assume, Blu-ray) in 2011.

The original Dragon Age released in November of last year, with its first major retail expansion (Awakenings) coming out back in March. Do you think EA will have another major Dragon Age release to coincide with the anime release?

LIFEBOOK UH574

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

STYLISTIC Q702

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

STYLISTIC Q702

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
