Activision files counter-suit against ex-Infinity Ward heads

Activision hits ex-Infinity Ward heads with counter lawsuit

While Activision has been celebrating the record-breaking launch of the Stimulus Package DLC for Modern Warfare 2, the turmoil that surround the departure of studio heads Jason West and Vince Zampella has not been forgotten. While the duo filed a $36 million lawsuit against their former publishing partner last month, Activision has retaliated with a counter-suit, claiming the duo was engaging in a variety of actions that caused detriment to Activision and Infinity Ward.

According to Activision, Ward and Zampella met with other video game publishers while under Activision's employ and held up development of Call of Duty titles in order to command more money from their publisher. The statement also claims their actions were affecting those beneath them at Infinity Ward, as bonuses meant for other employees were never distributed.

Referencing the duo, Activision claimed Ward and Zampella "morphed from valued, responsible executives into insubordinate and self-serving schemers who attempted to hijack Activision's assets for their own personal gain and whose actions threatened both the future of the Call of Duty franchise and future of Activision's studio."

Windows 10 / HP Spectre

Ultimately, I think the Windows 10 environment is excellent for me as it caters for so many different uses. The inclusion of the Xbox app is also great for when you need some downtime too!

Windows 10 / Lenovo Yoga

For me, the Xbox Play Anywhere is a great new feature as it allows you to play your current Xbox games with higher resolutions and better graphics without forking out extra cash for another copy. Although available titles are still scarce, but I’m sure it will grow in time.

For work use, Microsoft Word and Excel programs pre-installed on the device are adequate for preparing short documents.
