New video game stars Mexican wrestler with giant penises for hands (it's okay - it's for education)

The Middlesex-London Health Unit of London, Ontario, worked with a group of 16- to 20-year-olds to develop an educational video game about the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). This is what they came up with.
Adventures in Sex City puts the player in the role of Captain Condom, Power Pap, Willy the Kid, or Wonder Vag to take on the Sperminator -- a shirtless luchador wrestler sporting giant penises for hands.
No, seriously. This is edutainment.
Players defeat the Sperminator by correctly answering questions about STDs, such as "Does having multiple sexual partners increase your risk of contracting an STD?*" Even answering incorrectly nets the player an explanation of the correct answer.
Adventures in Sex City is intended for "mature youth," but the cartoony approach seems like it'd appeal to a much younger audience. The game was developed in collaboration with non-profit organisation, Mind Your Mind, and launched last Thursday to mixed reactions from commenters on various news sites.
The Sperminator, yesterday.
A commenter on The London Free Press article says, "Are they going to find out how much safer sex became after releasing the game? Not likely - as long as it conforms to their agenda of sterility and "bubble-wrapping" our youth they really couldn't care less."
Meanwhile another commenter on a Globe and Mail article about the game said, "I am reluctant to criticise an innovative approach to education on sexuality which far from insulting anyone's intelligence, has the potential to reach some people who just wouldn't be reached otherwise."
