Mass Effect 3 already in production, says BioWare

Jade Empire 2 and SW: KotOR 3 currently on hiatus

BioWare co-founder Dr. Ray Muzyka recently concluded a live interview with the readers of Eurogamer. In the interview, fans were able to chat with the Muzyka about Mass Effect 2 and a handful of BioWare games -- some in production and others that are only a glint in the doctor's glasses. Particularly, Muzyka confirmed that a team at BioWare is already at work at Mass Effect 3, while another team concentrates on creating DLC for Mass Effect 2.

While he didn't outright deny the existence of any projects, a few titles that fans were hoping the company would be currently creating don't seem to be in BioWare's immediate plans. When asked about the Xbox 1 martial-arts focused RPG Jade Empire, Muzyka replied "We might return to it at some point. Hard to say when that would be - we've got a lot of projects in development right now!"

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic 3 doesn't seem to be on BioWare's development queue, but Muzyka told fans that the company's first MMORPG would ably fill the void, saying "Star Wars: The Old Republic is like KotOR3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 in one project. The story arcs in this game will be very satisfying to fans of the original KotOR, and not only that it's a great MMO with the best of breed features of great MMOs."

LIFEBOOK UH574

The Fujitsu LifeBook UH574 allowed for great mobility without being obnoxiously heavy or clunky. Its twelve hours of battery life did not disappoint.

STYLISTIC Q702

The screen was particularly good. It is bright and visible from most angles, however heat is an issue, particularly around the Windows button on the front, and on the back where the battery housing is located.

STYLISTIC Q702

My first impression after unboxing the Q702 is that it is a nice looking unit. Styling is somewhat minimalist but very effective. The tablet part, once detached, has a nice weight, and no buttons or switches are located in awkward or intrusive positions.
