Last week, Sygic announced the first turn-by-turn navigation app for the iPhone, while Navigon has also unveiled its plans for an iPhone application due for release before the end of the year. But the big news is from TomTom, with the navigation giant announcing a TomTom for iPhone app — due for release in the coming months. iPhone owners have been waiting a long time for fully fledged GPS and thankfully, full turn-by-turn navigation has just arrived.
