At CeBIT in Sydney, technology company Digislide exhibited its take on the portable projector, with the Digishow projector weighing less than a typical compact digital camera.

The Digislide Digishow measures 60x113x18mm (WxLxD) and allows users to project an image from as small as 12.5cm to as large as 186cm at a 640x480 pixel VGA resolution. A single LED provides a typical brightness output of 8-10 lumens for up to two hours using a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery.

The Digishow portable projector is priced at $399 including GST and is available from the Digislide distributor’s Web site.
