New Halo 3 multiplayer map on the way

Bungie revealed a brand new multiplayer map for Halo 3 during Penny Arcade Expo this last weekend. Entitled Assembly, the map is totally new and will become available for download at an undetermined date.
The original map is set near a Covenant starship that is seeming in the midst of assembling a gigantic structure, hence the map's name. Circular in shape, the medium-sized map is being touted as great for Slayer and Team Slayer matches.
No word on exactly when to expect the map, although expect a small fee attached to it when it does become available. Past map pack releases have come with a small charge, only to become free after six months.
If you're one of the two people who haven't picked up Halo 3, it's available now exclusively on Xbox 360.
