Retailer 'announces' GTA IV for the PC

It's not yet announced for the PC, but one German retailer is already taking orders for a Windows version of GTA IV.
German site City Disc is quoting a Grand Theft Auto IV PC launch date of November 30.
Previous iterations of Rockstar's GTA series took around six to eight months to make it to Windows, so City Disc may be in the know (or it may be a hopeful stab in the dark. Which is at least in keeping with the game's criminal subject matter).
