Microsoft to increase 360 usability with fall update

Microsoft will introduce new Xbox 360 features including downloadable Xbox originals

As previously reported, Microsoft next week will introduce new Xbox 360 features with the 2007 Fall Dashboard Update including downloadable Xbox originals, enhanced friend list browsing, and a child-dreaded parental timer.

Additionally, 360 owners can also look forward to newly reduced prices of select best selling Xbox Live Arcade games, a direct news feed from Xbox.com, extended profile bios, and video support for Divx and Xvid movies.

The free system update hits connected consoles worldwide on Dec. 4 at 2am PST.
