SanDisk has released a whole bunch of new flash memory cards to its lineup -- right around the time that everyone's announcing new digital cameras. What a coincidence!
First, they've bumped the max capacity of their high-speed Ultra II Memory Stick Pro Duo cards to 4 GB (up from 2 GB); similarly, they upped their folding Ultra II SD Plus card -- the one that has its own USB connector built in -- to 2 GB (up from 1 GB). Finally, finishing off their doubling trend, they upgraded their even-higher-speed Extreme III CompactFlash, Memory Stick Pro Duo and SD cards to 8 GB, 4 GB and 2 GB respectively.
